Natural Gas: 8” line serves the site with 10-30 psig available

Sanitary Sewer: 48” combined sanitary main on south side of site, 60” combined sanitary main on the west side of the site; storm water drainage must be separated from sanitary during development

Water: 6” water main on west side of the Property; 30” water main generally runs along South White River Parkway West Drive

Storm Sewer: Storm water must be detained, treated, and separated out of combined sanitary system during development per Indianapolis storm standards. Specific requirements can be obtained from the City of Indianapolis. Additionally, a three-million-gallon storm water holding tank that drains directly to the White River is located beneath the east parking lot.

Steam: 12” Citizen’s Energy line serves site with 250 psig available

Indianapolis Power and Light

Electricity: A 13.2kV distribution wire runs south (along Oliver Avenue), west (along Harding Street), and north (along part of the CSX railroad line) of the Property.  A maximum single service size of 3,000 amps is available without needing additional services. Greater amperage can be provided with upgrades.
